NRC_ServoDisable()

Release the deadman key

The robot powered on through the NRC_ServoEnable() interface can be powered off

After successfully calling this function, the servo will be powered off and in a disabled state

This interface is only available in teach mode, and it is recommended to use this interface in teach mode
